New representatives joining Avon on or after September 16, 2016 will be required to select one of the new starter kits. Avon will have an online assessment to help new representatives determine goals and select the best kit to fit their needs. Once the new Avon representative selects the desired starter, new representatives can work to begin earning at least $1,000 in their first 90 days under Avon’s new KickStart Program and even participate in Avon’s Rise Up program which offers up to $38,000 in cash bonuses!
