Earnings when you promote in Avon’s Advanced Leadership Program:
- When you promote to Bronze Ambassador, you receive a bonus of $500. Your mentor receives $250.
- When you promote to Silver Ambassador, you receive a bonus of $750. Your mentor receives $375.
